OUR MISSION

To work alongside communities to transform the root causes of poor mental and physical health by addressing the systems and conditions that shape daily life, like access to care, education, environment, income, and power. Through learning, access to resources, and partnerships rooted in racial and environmental justice, we help communities create lasting change and build pathways to health.

Our Vision

We envision a future where every community, regardless of race, income, or location, has access to what it needs to thrive: clean air and water, safe housing, quality education, economic opportunities, and a meaningful voice in the decisions that shape their lives.
